Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred size and color, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment has been confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@maisonviloski.com.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order has been placed successfully, you'll receive an email confirming your purchase. You'll also receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout South Africa and are working towards expanding internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
We may also offer free shipping on qualifying orders during selected promotions.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes. If you require a different size or colour, we'll gladly assist, subject to stock availability.
Are return shipping costs refundable?
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I choose the correct size?
Each product includes a detailed Size Guide to help you find your perfect fit.
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Are your products squat-proof?
Many of our leggings and performance bottoms are designed with high-quality, squat-proof fabrics. Product descriptions will indicate this where applicable.
What fabrics do you use?
Maison Viloski products are crafted using premium performance fabrics selected for their comfort, durability, stretch, breathability, and everyday performance.
How should I wash my activewear?
To extend the life of your garments:
- Machine wash cold
- Wash with similar colours
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron directly on logos
- Air dry where possible

We accept secure payments through trusted payment providers, including:

Available payment methods may vary by region.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Maison Viloski does not store your payment card details.
